Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. In the event of a performance being sold out we will endeavor to re-sell any unwanted tickets. Tickets may be returned to the Box Office for resale up to two weeks prior to the event. However, returned tickets will only be put up for resale once the event concerned has sold out. No handling charge will apply to re-sold tickets. Please note, we cannot guarantee a resale will be made although the Box Office will endeavour to do the best on your behalf. A handling charge and postage of £2.50 for all credit/debit card bookings will be added to each online transaction. Tickets will not be available to purchase online less than 24hrs before a performance.
